I had VSG surgery in September of 2019. I have entered my protein, carbs, and fiber, but now the calories are way too high. How do I fix that?

Are you aiming for grams of each macro, or percentages? If you have particular gram goals, it is what it is. If percentages, you can lower your calorie goal, which will bring down the total grams of each macronutrient, but keep the percentages. To do that, go to your homepage, click on 'goals', then 'edit' on the top box, and put in your calorie goal.
