But still cook in your IP, anything you like.
This is not helpful at all! The OP was requesting recipes - probably low calorie - for her IP. This is a recipe board, and therefore is a completely reasonable request. Sorry OP - I don't have any recipes for you, but hopefully others will 😁7 -
Tons of IP recipes on Pinterest4

I haven't really gotten too into my IP and I've had it for 2 years. I prefer the crock pot lol. But here are things I make in it:
Roast
Beef stew (I release pressure and add veg. half way through so they don't get too mushy...)
Pulled pork or carnitas
You can cook a whole chicken in there if you want and then stick under the broiler to brown it a little on top

Don't have an IP, but do use both a conventional slow cooker and old-school jiggle-top pressure cooker. I am lusting after an IP when we downsize current house and get into our retirement home.
For post-holiday purposes, I've used some variant of the "cabbage soup" approach to de-bloat from rich eating and kick off the new year for the past few seasons. I usually don't put actual protein into the soup, making that on the side (but do use chicken broth). There are about a million recipe variants online and in youtube, often with the title of "weight loss soup" or somesuch. Cabbage (I typically use red for the great color effects) and your preferred mix of veg; I usually choose an assortment of carrots, celery, onion, garlic, peppers (green, red, yellow as on-hand), etc. Sturdy veg works best. I choose plain flavorings (black pepper, a few dashes of red pepper or cayenne for a little kick, dried herbs [Italian blend usually], a bit of salt). For lunch and dinner, as supplemented by breakfast oatmeal and dinner protein, for three days, and I have eliminated the holiday malaise. A bowl of this stuff is pretty satisfying. Photos below: about to start cooking, at end of cooking period (slow cooker). After a few days, you can move on to a broad spectrum of other healthy soups.
Overall the IP is a wonderful tool for weight loss and weight management cooking. I just did a quickie youtube search on "weight loss instant pot" and got a lot of results. You indicated rice and pasta ingredients; we tend to follow a moderate glycemic index/glycemic load approach as this has been most effective in dropping pounds, along with activities such as cycling. This means controlling the amount of items such as rice and pasta.
Healthy soups and stews in general are very easy with an IP/slowcooker/pressure cooker. Almost all recipes you find for one cooking tool can be adapted to the others pretty easily.

I tended to limit rice and pasta during my weight loss, as I didn't find them filling enough for the calories. I use my IP mostly to make soups and stews. I do a red lentil that's great, a cabbage soup with fire roasted tomatoes that you can add meat to, veg stews, that kind of thing.2

I made a lot of dishes in my Instant Pot. Between Pinterest and Instant Loss (an IP book), I cook in it almost every week.
Here is one that I like: https://instantloss.com/instant-pot-skinny-crustless-chicken-pot-pie/
Of course you still need to watch calories/portions but I like that recipe0 -

Pintrest is great for IP/ Pressure Cooker recipes.
I love my pressure cooker, there are so many great things you can cook in it and you can basically convert any slow cooker recipes to do in this in a fraction of the time.

Skinnytaste.com has recipes for the Instant Pot with calories listed per serving. I modify and add vegetables and more spices to everything so I can't swear by one, though the Turkey chili was a good starting recipe. I used to make steel cut oats, I don't make grains very often. I'll make chicken breasts to shred with chicken broth and often add salsa, but it'll need more salsa when done.0

I use my instant pot to prep. Boneless, skinless chicken breast comes out fantastic in the IP. Brown the chicken breasts, place on the trivet and season with your favorite seasonings (I usually just sprinkle one packet of garlic and herb dressing mix), add one cup chicken broth or water, 8 minutes plus 10 minutes natural release. I use the chicken in salads, quick soups, or add it to some brown rice with vegetables for a quick stir fry. (Make brown rice in your rice cooker or the IP once a week too.) Another thing I do is homemade, unsweetened Greek yogurt, That is portioned out for the week. I use it in place of sour cream, mix in herbs for dip and just eat it plain.2

I find that when I convert my regular recipes to pressure cooker recipes, I use less or no oil. I also use lemons to flavor. I am having fun just layering chicken with spices and veggies. Pressure cook and eat! The sky is the limit in probably less than 20 minutes with prep.1

Chicken breasts, a jar of good salsa and a packet of taco seasoning. Cook on high for 15 minutes and let the pressure release naturally. Add cheese, cilantro, onions, etc as toppings and eat as a taco or shell free as I do.1

Any Skinnytaste soup recipe made in my instant pot is good (just be careful to add any dairy after it has stopped cooking). I especially like the Cauliflower Soup! Only 80 calories per 1-1/2cups. You can find recipes on Pinterest0

I like to make high fiber recipes, like beans, in my instant pot for an instant poop0
