Anyone on here looking to lose 45lbs in 6-9mos? I'm 5'7 and that's my goal after gaining 45lbs. I'm looking for a few new friends with the same dimensions and goals to hold each other accountable

If you only have 45 pounds to lose, then you should be targeting 1 lb/week or slower rate of loss. The faster weight loss settings are for people who have more to lose. When you have less to lose, your body cannot safely sustain such a large deficit.
Even with a 1 lb/week target, you will not see the scale go down every single week because weight loss does not happen in a linear pattern. You will likely lose a lot of water weight at first, and then after a few weeks, you should begin seeing a slower pace of fat loss.1 -
Yes, that's me. I am 5' 7" and have 40 to lose.1

I'm about 5'7 and want to lose 30 lbs by June (45lbs would be great too, I could stand to lose about 60.) I need help staying accountable and not falling off the good habits wagon.2
