103 lbs lost!

Hello everyone! I just lost 103 lbs in 9 months with intermittent fasting and Keto. I’m 46 years old and I feel 25 again. I’m shooting for 150 lbs total weight loss. I started April 1st at 326lbs and now I’m 223lbs!! I couldn’t have done it without this app. It kept my macros in order and I was able to maximize my weight loss. If anyone needs any help or support I would love to be there for you. Good luck!!

Well done that's brilliant! So inspiring! Any tips for sticking with it apart from tracking macros? I find weekends the hardest. What did a typical look like food wise for you?
I've started keto again this week, at 230lbs want to lose at least 60 and reassess from there - I've lost 30lbs before pre baby so hoping for the same results. Wish me luck! Chantel1
