What Would You Ask a Dietician, a Year In?

I started 09/2018, and hover around 80 pounds or so down from SW. I am on a final push to lose what I think should be my last five.
I thought it might be a good idea to make a followup appointment with my dietician. It's been a year.
I do appx 11 hot yoga and pilates classes a week, averaged 7.4 miles a day in 2019 (including some running) , and I weight train twice a week. I'm 57 years old, 5'7", 140 pounds, and my goal is currently a fixed 2030 calories per day.
I am somewhat heavy on protein, and very low on carbs and fats. I feel great, I'm not hungry, GERD has gone, focused on toning, everything seems pretty steady on, but I'm a bit uneasy the macros are so "not" 40/30/30, as suggested.
If you had this opportunity, what would you ask?

If I'd lost 80 lbs and felt and looked great, I can't think of a single question I'd have for a dietitian.
I didn't understand you comments about macros though. You are getting plenty of protein. Are your fats at least .3 grams per lb of body weight? If so, then it doesn't matter about carbs and your macro percentages.
How many grams are you getting of each macro.on average?5 -
Congrats on your awesome progress! What makes you “uneasy” about your macros? If you’re logging in mfp, that info is readily available.
To respond to your specific question, I don’t know what “I” woulda ask because I didn’t really feel the need to see a dietitian at that point in my journey. But based on what you shared, the most obvious thing would be to ask about your macros. Take In a week of food logs do s/he has something concrete to respond to.1 -
It sounds like for you, personally, you would want to ask whether you're getting enough fat. If your protein intake is so high that you aren't getting the minimum amount of fat you need, that would be a clear place to make adjustments. However, from what you described, that sounds unlikely depending on what you mean by "very low."
You might also ask whether there are any micronutrients you should be concerned about. Otherwise, it really depends on your goals, and it sounds like you're happy with your current plan, so I'm not sure what else I'd ask.2
