I'm new!!

Hello all! I am 65 and have gained too much.. my goal is to be healthier by the end of the year!! My exercise is swimming and I currently swim 1 mile a day. Learning to stop eating so much sweets and bread products has been hard. I am 5 foot 7 and weigh 200 lbs. I have been swimming off and on for the last few yars, but want to be more consistent and swim each day. Any help with nutrition would be great! Wendy
