Sleep issues?

I am doing my fifth round of whole 30 currently. Anytime I’ve done this or any other type of nutrition program, I find that it greatly impacts my sleep for the negative. I have a hard time falling asleep and even harder time staying asleep. I take melatonin, limit screen time before bed, do relaxing activities before like reading and journaling, but nothing seems to help. Has anyone else had this problem and/or know of other remedies to try?
