Export data incorrect

Hello, I have been unable to find an actual phone # to speak to a real person for help-any email replies for help say they are working on....but it's been a long time and it's still not resolved. I have been trying for almost 2 years to export about 2 months of food diary data. When the export comes through the numbers do NOT match up. Some days do, most done. This has been extremely frustrating that I am paying for a service that does not work. I need detailed micro and macronutrient data with correct meal kcal totals. Is anyone else having the same problem?? Any suggestions? Thank you
