Disconnect Garmin

Hi! I’m trying to disconnect MyFitnessPal from my Garmin Connect. I disconnect it but then I check the app, and it’s connected again. When I check my account through the website, it says it is disconnected.
I’m not really sure what else to do! I just don’t want my Garmin watch connected to MyFitnessPal anymore.
