Change in Number of Workouts per week deducted my daily calorie intake...

Not sure who can help, but I now train 6 days a week instead of 5 and have an active non-gym life as well. My base daily calorie intake on MyFitnessPal was 1,800. Since I changed my number of workouts, it has DROPPED my daily calorie intake to 1,780. Why? I don't get it. I am female, am 167cm tall, weigh 50kg, and am interested in building muscle. I'm already lean, so don't get it. Any advice?

Have you lost weight since you last did the guided setup? If so, it probably readjusted your calories based on your current lower weight. I honestly don't know why MFP even asks people to input the number of days they plan to work out since it doesn't account for that in the base calorie goal.10

Yeah, like puffbrat said, Myfitnesspal doesn't change your calories for number of workouts. That is supposed to be entered by you on the day you do them.
The only thing that might change your calories is weight loss, or if you go into Goals and change your Activity Level but that isn't what happened because an Activity Level change is only concerned with your daily work/chores/normal routine and it would change in 250 calorie increments.
So the only reason it would change by 20 calories would be that you entered a lower weight (your body weight) than you previously entered.7 -

The goal number of workouts is used in the exercise diary (on the website) to compare actual exercise to your goal. But the site should make it clearer that that's what it's for, as it seems to create a lot of confusion.1 -
