I'm turning 50 this month and I have always said age is just a number to my already 50 aged friends. Getting back in the routine of exercising and eating more healthy. Would appreciate any support and will gladly support you in return.

Hi, there, youngster! (. . . said AnnPT77 from the pedestal of the much more advanced age of 64!
).
I've been hanging around here since I was 59, and personally have found MFP a really powerful tool for reaching a healthy weight and staying there, in diverse ways.
You couldn't be more right about age being immaterial. I'm kind of a lackadaisical MFP friend/individual supporter, but I did want to stop by your post to welcome you and offer some personal encouragement.
Welcome: Wishing you all the best! :flowerforyou:2 -
I was 83 two years ago when I started weight loss and fitness improvement. Now I am 34. A few weeks ago I was 17 for a weekend. Chronologically I am closer to your age.
I hope you get some decent MFP friends. I would not be one of them. I am quite terrible at remembering there even is a News Feed or knowing who most of my friends even are.2
