Hi All,

My first day on this site. I've lost a lot of motivation recently and I'm looking forward to gaining that back and become a happier/healthier me!

My goal is 30 lbs, but ultimately, I would like to become healthier all around. Recently I have been going through a lot of stress and that has not helped the motivation.

Feel free to add me! I would love to have friends that can motivate me to meet my goals. We can help motivate each other!

    Welcome. You only get out of this what you put into it. Make sure you log accurately, eat proper nutrition, and exercise daily. Doesn't have to be an insanity or monster lifting... just do SOMETHING, even if it is a 15 min. walk.

    I'm in the same boat as you. I've lost my motivation and really need to get it back. I'm also under alot of stress. My goal as of right now is 20 pounds but I really need to lose more like 30-35 pounds. Maybe we can motivate each other!

    Just starting too ... and trying to lose about the same amount. It seems like a relatively small amount (compared with what some people on here have managed to lose!) but at the same time it's a huge challenge. Add me if you want :)
