What is your current weight? 75g is probably not enough protein if you want optimal muscle maintenance while losing weight

When you talk about "gaining muscle," are you doing a progressive lifting program? If you are, you'll probably find you get more bang for your theoretical buck increasing both the protein (for muscle repair/building) and carbohydrate (so you have the energy you need to work hard).

Further looking at this again, you didn't include fat. But if you have 100g carbs (400 cals) and 75g protein (300 cals), that means 800 cals for fat. Why so high on the fat side? What is you diet usually like? 27% carbs, 53‰ fat, and 20‰ protein seems pretty unbalanced and not optimal.

I suggest you use MFP default macros.
