Let's try this again...

Ok, I've had a MFP account for a while but started really logging on the fifth of this month. I have a lot of weight to lose, and could use all the support I can get. My mom used MFP and lost 160 pounds. So, now it's my turn.

I'm on a doctor-prescribed and monitored 1300 calorie a day food plan, plus I've been doing interval running once a day five days a week. I also have a FitBit tracker which even in the week I've had it has helped a lot to track my activity level. I have a lot more energy now and have already lost some weight, so we'll see how this goes. Woo!

    Sounds like a good plan. Feel free to add me as a friend if you like. My focus is maintenance/losing vanity pounds. Even doing that is pretty hard.
