Hi. I am a 44 year old female. I live in Florida. I am afraid of the damage this weight has already caused and how much worse it will be if I don’t get it off soon. I am looking to make friends who are sharing in the journey because I truly believe there is strength in numbers. Thanks.

    Hello I am a 42yr old female, 6feet- 1.5 inches tall just joined. I live in AZ and I've already lost 10 lbs this year. Do you exercise or just portion control?
