Just joined the gym after long weight loss journey!

Would love some low cal recipes and suggestions on some low impact exercises I could start off with at the gym? Any adobe at all I would love! Thank you.

    Hopefully they have some low- impact classes you can attend. As for life impact cardio machines, I'm partial to the rowing machine.

    Gym exercises could include an elliptical machine (or Nordic track), and if you can take a yoga class that's basically no impact, although you'll get stronger and have better balance.
