Hi!

My name is Kristen. I am 33 (going to be 34 at the end of the month (January)). I am trying MyFitnessPal after trying out Noom and not really being a fan of weighing myself every day. I've used SparkPeople before in the past, but have heard reallly good things about this web site and app. I am hoping to become better about my food intake and am working towards doing a 5k again.
