Myasthenia and exercise

I hope this is not the 50th time I've posted the same thing, but if you have MG you'll understand and laugh (or cry) with me:-). Doing well with new way of eating-clean and lean! So, next step is
exercise! Diagnosed Nov 2018, I think I am pretty stable. Thinking of starting with light weights and stretches, maybe increasing some steps, then maybe yoga and pool after flu season is over. The chemo (CellCept) decreases my immune system, so I am avoiding spaces where there is potential for lots of germs. Working on getting basic health stronger so I have more energy to live. How are you doing?
