I'm looking for some friends to help me stay accountable and consistent.
I've been on this weight loss journey since 2016, and I'm thinking I'm about 10 pounds from my goal weight. It's one of those things that I feel like I'll see when I get there. But all along this journey, I got distracted. I was going along counting calories, then I did Whole30 and ate strict paleo for a while, then counted macros, then went to intuitive eating, back to paleo...it's just been a lot of skipping around. I'm getting tired of going from one thing to another and want to just be consistent so that I can get to my goal. I've got friends that have these huge log on streaks of 1,000 days or more and I'm just in awe! I want to figure out how to stay on the path and not get distracted by all the new things!

I've got 1600 and something.
You want to know how that's done? It's easy. Simply log in each day. That's it! You don't have to log food or exercise or comment on a post or do anything other than logging in each day.
But who knows, maybe that's a start for you ... just log in each day. Oh, and while you're there, log some food or something.
