Hi, Members!

I'm Carly, and this is my first day as a re-member. I was a member several years ago, and believe the key to weight loss is logging both food and exercise. Seeing it in writing makes it real (especially after a pizza 'binge.') Nothing like seeing the numbers to stay or get back on track. Good luck to each of you!
