Is there anything against using how much La Croix/sparking water you drink towards the water tracking? Does the natural flavoring automatically negate the purpose?
I get why things like coffee and caffeinated tea might be less ideal to use because caffeine is dehydrating, but I don't see why La Croix or sparking water would not be.
What do you think?

No, there is no reason not to count it if you choose to track water. I don't. I just check my hydration by the color of my urine. Light yellow is fine. Darker, I need to drink. Water in and of itself does not cause weight loss.
Coffee and teas are fine also. They are not dehydrating. That's a myth.8 -

Some sparkling waters have a lot of sodium in them so just check the content. But really water is water1 -

Nope it's true. It's naturally occuring. My brother was a waters bartender at a spa where we grew up. He knew the mineral content of lots of waters0 -
sorry I dont understand - what is naturally occuring? aren't these flavoured waters just carbonated flavoured water?
maybe someone can look at the info on their bottle and let us know for comparison purposes - I dont buy any myself so cant do this here.1
