Slips,.....and Support

I totally slipped today, more like a slide down a very steep slope, gave into the wine...Chinese, (although kept with veggies and no rice), almond cookies, fortune cookie, and more wine!! I'm was down 5lbs from last week. I assume I'll be back there tomorrow after this evening's landslide. Any suggestions and support is more than welcome!

    So you had some chinese food, cookies and wine? Log it and move on.

    Are you planning on spending the rest of your life without chinese food, wine or cookies? If not, might as well learn to include them in your calorie budget now.

    I had Chinese food last Friday, an all-day Christmas party with pastry and truffles Saturday, then got back on track last Sunday despite being invited last minute for pork, sauerkraut, mashed potatoes, and artisan-chocolate covered ice cream (saved calories for ice cream). Monday I was back on track with food, then back on track with workouts and got back to weight lifting at the gym Wednesday. There will be setbacks but it's what you do long term that matters.
