Container says 2 tbsp. is a serving size which has 10g fiber. I am wanting to get more fiber in my diet. Ratio of soaking chia seeds is 1/4 c. chia seeds per 1 c of water.
After soaking the chia seeds does that change these serving size since the water added more volume. After soaking the seeds, how can i tell if iam getting my 2 tbsp. serving of 10g fiber in the chia seeds?

Weigh them before you soak them and log that. Adding water does not change the calories.6

Assuming you already soaked 1/4 cup:
There are 4 Tbsp in 1/4 cup, so 2 servings. Split your soaked seeds in half (ideally by using a scale) to get one serving.
In the future:
Measure out one serving, ideally in grams on a kitchen scale.
Soak in 1/2 cup water.
Now you have one serving soaked.3
