Hi y'all! I'm 30, 5'2, and 168 pounds. I was always less than 125 pounds up until I turned 27. Around that time I quit smoking and began to eat like I was starved to death. I quit exercising and started to gain. I went from 108 to 143. A little over a year ago I had a baby, got up to 180 while pregnant and thn6back down to 140 after he was born. About two months later I began to gain again and now I'm here... at 168! I'm ashamed of myself but here I am, trying. My goal is 125.
