Well, it wasnt the way I had hoped to start this challenge, but it is what it is.
I had a lot of salt last week and I was super swollen, so hopefully this pound was just water weight and next week will be better!

Keep going, the best is yet to come. I sat at a plateau for months and even gained 15 lbs in 2 months but now have lost those 15 lbs and more. I’ve gone from 283.5 to 214.5 and want to hit 200 by October 🎖0
