I dunno, I guess i'm the opposite of the two first responders. I do planking every day. It's a pretty great all around core exercise. A little bit of heart rate, core strength, posture improvement, strength training when add in stuff like walking planks. If I only do one exercise a day its a planking routine of some sort.2

I like to pick one thing I want to be good at... like a plank and incorporate that into my workout for the day.0
