i definitely need to be a part of this discussion, i need motivation on a high super level. lol.. i want to lose weight but lose motivation because i am always so tired after my childrens busy day and work as well.

Food high in protein helps. I was also thinking before MFP that I need to eat a lot to meet my daily needs for protein and vitamins. And I was eating and drinking lots of empty calories. Once I took off that merry-go-round with the help of app, scales, food scales and most of all portion sizes (at first I would eat and than think That was too fast and too short smile: ). And I was feeling worse than with those extra 5kg.0
