If they do what you need them to do then enjoy.
Whenever I see the term fat bomb I think of a once much heavier me doing a cannonball into the pool.15 -
I think the packaging is misleading. How the heck are fat bombs "clinically proven: lose weight and keep it off"? They're some of the highest calorie stuff out there, imagine the disappointment when someone gorges on them daily because they want to "lose weight and keep it off" and ends up gaining weight?
Hopefully people know better and eat them responsibly.11 -

I am sure the normal disclaimer is on the package somewhere. It has to be part of a overall weight loss plan.
I do not find fat to be as filling as people who do keto apparently so for me eating something like that is a recipe to a day of struggling to stay in a calorie deficit.5 -

I would suspect it clarifies somewhere that it is true "if" you follow the Slimfast keto plan, which would stipulate number of servings, etc. Checked out the label and they are the same calories as a Reese's, but less sugar and more fat.

Ya, "clinically proven" is very misleading. Looks like the asterisk on the front goes to this text on the back, "When used as part of the Slim Fast plan..." which would be your standard plan that works by creating a calorie deficit.

I'm glad there's at least a disclaimer. I haven't seen many of these extreme claims here, which is why I was confused. The closest I've seen was "supports heart health" on an oat product.
Glad you found a snack you enjoy OP!0
