Needing some help

I have been here a while been going at it on and off but now I want to get serious stay on track and lose the weight since my health is starting to get worse. I Would love any new friends to help motivate me give me tips or just to chat also if anyone is struggling with ulcerative colitis please let me know what u eat and do to keep flare ups at a minimal my doctor diagnosed me than sent me to figure it out on my own which I have not had any luck doing. Thank u 🙂

    Starting is the hardest part so be proud you are taking the step again. Having small, realistic goals help a lot and before you know it those small goals add up. Too many think too big when starting and quickly get discouraged.

    Well done on starting. Sorry to hear about UC. I've had Crohns originally diagnosed as UC for 30 years with lots of flares and remission. Everyone is different and I try not to prevent crohns dictate what i eat or drink. My food diary is shared with friends. I find balanced diet, intermittent fasting and exercise keep me well (plus about 10 tablets a day ;-) )
