Back again... Need some support. Anyone doing Keto?
I did really well for first 4 months then fell off the wagon. Havn't gained but feeling like a blob 😩

    This is blob 2..I only feel off for two days, but its was the worst two days of my life and I have gained weight and would literally kick myself for doing so..if I could. I really thing I would. LOL

    Congratulations on not gaining after not being keto for 4 months...I only was off 2 days and gained...can you tell how unhealthy my old lifestyle was. As hard as it was to lose that weight...I BE A PICKLE if I am going to let it creep back up.
