After spending two years taking care of everyone else, I looked in the mirror and saw my poor coping skills all over my thighs and belly and butt. So, for 2020 I’m going to adopt the airline oxygen mask directive in my taking care of me first in order to take care of who’s next; otherwise, no one is cared for at my best.

    Exactly - if you aren't looking after yourself, you eventually won't be able to look after anyone else.
