is there a way to import full exercise routine? For example I'm doing Beachbody liift 4. Do I have to add every exercise separately or is there somewhere to link the full routine?

"Beachbody lift 4" isn't in the database but you could probably use a few entries that come close enough. I know nothing about the program except that after a quick google it looks like strength training and HIIT? So, just for example, if the program was an hour and it was 15 minutes of HIIT and 45 minutes of lifting, you could log 45 minutes of "Strength training (weight lifting, weight training)" and 15 minutes of some sort of HIIT entry.
FYI: the Strength Training part of your exercise diary is just for notes - nothing you put there will give you exercise calories. You actually log strength training in the Cardiovascular section.0
