State Fair

State Fair time is here....do you try to navigate through the deep fried twinkies, etc, to find the most healthy alternatives, or take the day off from dieting and enjoy that one day of pure guilty food bliss and not worry about it?

I avoid these fairs like the plague just because crowds of people make me want to punch things lol. too many people=PANIC. I would rather have a crisp salad then fried crap. I would prolly just bring my giant cooler of food with me(like I do now...everywhere)

I take the day off, but I am not that into random fried stuff. I do love meat though, and my plan is to split everything.

Eat ALL the fried foods. And anything that comes on a stick.

I share whatever I want to have with one or more family members and enjoy myself. It's once a year so half an elephant ear won't hurt.

I ate what I wanted and logged all the walking I did. Despite eating the ice-cream topped funnel cake in this picture as well as every fried item I could stomach, It all evened out.
