Getting off track cycle

So I’m on a 9 week cut. I’ve already lost over 60 pounds and I’m in the best shape of my adult life. I workout 5 -6 days a week and I love it. It is apart of my normal routine. Anyways I have been struggling with staying on track with logging my calories. I killed the first week and the weight was dropping every day. My second week I started to get lazy with logging and now I haven’t logged for a week and have gained back the few pounds I’ve lost. What are ways you keep yourself on track long enough to make it a habit? I know I can do it because that’s how I lost the 60 pounds but the last 2 years I cannot seem to stick with it longer than a week. I feel I get comfortable in the weight loss I’ve already maintained and that sabotages me to be able to take myself to the next level. I want to lean out more. TIA

For one thing it's not normal to lose weight everyday and it's likely the "gain" is just fluctuations just as the losses were. As far as logging goes, can't help you there...haven't logged in like 6.5 years and can lose weight or maintain without logging.

Congrats on your loss and being in the best shape of your life, that's awesome

Just to clarify, you have been maintaining your current weight and now want to cut down more? What are your stats and rate of loss? If you are already lean getting to the next level is difficult for many and can take a lot of discipline and focus, it can be slow and take months so patience is key.
