This is my first time on this site. I've been on a couple times since I signed up and it seems to be something that I can stick with. I have tried other sites in the past to no avail. I am hoping that MFP can help me reach my goals. As of right now I have about 175 pounds that I want/need to lose in order to live my life healthy. I am hoping that anyone and everyone on here will be able to help me out. Please feel free to add me if you would like. Thanks, Tricia

Do you have the app on your phone? I find that scanning the bar codes of the things I eat, before I eat it, helps to keep track of my calories without me having to remember it later on the computer. I'll help you in any way I can. If you need encouragement, just send a shout out. I'll be there.0
