Want to have a chat with someone more clued up around this.
I have ibs and chronic pain/ severe fatigue and sleep disorder, had it for many years. Recently come abroad for a while and I can’t eat which is causing me to fatigue. This happens often but travelling makes my appetite non existent and digestive system havoc, I often feel sick when I try to eat. Keto has helped, but in new to it and still understanding my options (missing bread) also I’m just reading up on macros etc. Any suggestions?
Anyway atm I’m lacking energy which is of course impacting my activity level and worsens severely disorderly symptoms. Does anybody have similar experience and a way through it?

Are you supplementing electrolytes? Starting keto can cause an imbalance which leaves you fatigued and fluish.2

Wow, you have a lot going on!
Re your fatigue - are you talking about Chronic Fatigue Syndrome? Sometimes people have fatigue when they are not getting enough calories, and I have crippling fatigue when my anemia is not treated properly, but if you have CFS my advice for that would be completely different.
Re the keto - do you know about upping salt to prevent "keto flu?"2
