? about tracking body fat %

Is there a general rule as to how quickly body fat % can be reduced? (Like the "pound a week" guideline for weight loss.) Also, how often should body fat be measured, weekly? Monthly? Other?

I wouldn't measure it any more frequently than once/month.
Take a 180 lbs person losing at 1 lb/week and the BF% is only going to change by less than a half percent, which really isnt even measurable by most standards. (meaning the error range is much higher)
Give it a month or so, and then measure.0 -
