Fitbit sync stopped

My Fitbit used to automatically sync my calories burned for the day. I am showing that it’s still synched but it doesn’t populate steps or burn anymore. Is this only now a feature for the premium paid ??

The same thing happened to me. The food I log on MFP transfers to my fitbit, but my fitbit calories burned do not transfer to MFP. It's really frustrating.

Mine still syncs the same as before. I don't have premium. Probably a short term glitch.

Maybe uninstall and reinstall apps (if that's what you use). Or just restart your phone/computer. It's amazing how often restarting helps.

Hmm.... If it is temporary, restarting won't fix anything permanently, might move you up in the sync queue at the expense of you manually mucking around with things, and will increase the load on the servers making full resumption slower for everyone.

It sounds like we're on our way to another Fitbit and mfb synchronization issue.

Opening tickets with support for them to deal with it sooner might be more beneficial than anything else....
