This is my third or fourth attempt at counting - calories, fat, sugar and etc.'s.

Several serious chronic conditions now require me to count them and change the numbers. Thought, perhaps, participating in the community might help me. And, just maybe, might be of help to someone else.

Aren't you glad you got to meet me?😜
