Motivation Tactics

I've noticed that a lot of people set smaller goals for themselves along the way and give themselves little rewards as they go. I want to know what your weight loss and health mile markers are, and how you reward yourself to keep going!
Mine are:
10 lbs. - Splurge a little and go out to a club with friends!
20 lbs. - Visit boyfriend in Chicago for a weekend!
Goal Wt. - Find the perfect new dress and have a girls' night out on the town!

(A little silly, perhaps, but since my weight loss goal isn't TOO far away I needed to pump it up since I wouldn't have many mile markers to hit!)

    So are you not going to allow yourself to see your boyfriend unless you lose 20 lbs?

    Hahaha, no that's not it. He comes and visits me once a month in Ohio because he's currently employed and, as a recent grad, I'm still looking for a job and don't have the money to travel. But, I'm going to go visit him in Chicago as a treat. Bigger city, more fun, and it'll be an extra visit!

    Sassy- I love the idea of treating yourself to a massage as a motivator! Maybe I'll work that in somehow. :)
