Strength to size standards?

What numbers would you say you should be hitting on the main compounds to be able to have a decently muscular physique?

Strength and size are not so neatly related as you may think.

Have a look at this get a start on gauging your strength against some benchmarks but everyone is going to be different.

Well you could pass as decently muscular so have a look and see where you stack up.

I see a lot of other guys that seem to have less developed muscles than I do but can lift way heavier so I really don't think there's much value in comparing.

There isn't a answer that is universal.

I had more than a decent body both when I could only squat 95bs and when I could squat 500lbs.

Strength does not translate to musculature aesthetics equally. Nor does a number matter unless you plan to or currently compete.

    Just train.
