I've always worked from home. I do Youtube workouts, I use a C25k training app and have an elliptical machine and hand weights. Youtube and if you have Amazon prime account you can do so many workout programs for free. Beachbody is okay but still $99/year after their free trial.1

HIIT training is a good option at this moment. Kettlebell and dumbbells can also be used to do some home exercises0

I've been using the 30 Day Fitness Challenge app on my phone, as well as following several yoga challenges on YouTube. There's plenty of things available for free, just need to find a method that works for you and you can stick with. Consistency is the hardest part about getting healthier and staying that way.0

These are really good workouts, they're tough! I've been posting the workouts I'm doing on my feed, you're welcome to friend me if you'd like. The challenges forum has good ideas too, I'm currently doing the plank challenge and started doing a 5 minute plank challenge. Here's a couple links, the first one is Les Mills, I did Body Combat and had to make it low impact and it's still the hardest I've done so far! Pop Sugar, Fitness Blender, and HasFit has good ones too.
