I've used Fitness Pal once before and I did loose weight but it was a pain to keep up with and I really like food. I had trouble getting accurate food items to add to my log. Like a homemade meal. I can't always weigh every ing. etc...
My issues are that I like food firstly, but I am a single mom and don't make much money and the healthier options are so much more expensive. I just cannot afford to live off fresh fruits and veggies. I have 2 kids to feed also.
I also have a big lack of motivation. I want to lose the weight but I feel like I have no time or energy to exercise. I also am very guilty of fixing meals that are quicker rather than healthy.
I would love to meet some new people on here and get my live styles and habits turned around. I don't sit on the couch and eat all day and I don't eat huge meals dripping with fat. I'm a muncher! I am constantly munching. Snacking while at work, as soon as I get home, while I'm fixing dinner etc...
I know that if I would stop these bad habits I my body would respond. It's mindless most of the time. I just grab and munch and don't even think about it.
I also crave sweets!! After every meal I start craving sweets. Like I was a brownie or a couple cookies or something of that nature.
So here we go again!
