I weight 260 and my goal is to weight 170 and be stronger than what I am right now. To accomplish this, I am walking no less than 5 days a week 30-60 minutes per day and attending an Exercise class called Barbell Blast 3 days a week. I also am logging my food and drinks and making better choices. With the Lord's help and lots of discipline I know I can do this. I thought it would be nice to be part of a community that is likeminded to help support eachother.
