I prepare for the weekend by planning to walk atleast an hour on both Saturday and Sunday and I have been walking everyday and doing weight training 3 times a week. This way I can still enjoy a lot of the foods I like and still lose weight. I am currently 260, but I was 270 two weeks ago. I am starting to enjoy working out and seeing the results on the scale.
