Hmmm. This resonates with me. I proclaim...quietly.

Shhh... I still have business cards... they have to give me new ones next month because we've done another re-org and I've been shuffled into a different division.

should single people have cards? "Here's my card...I'm single"

That just triggered a memory of cards long long ago that said something like "you're a hottie" and you were supposed to hand them to someone you found particularly attractive. I guess it was a polite way of hitting on someone.

A quick search didn't pull up anything so maybe they predate the internet era? Does anyone else remember these things or am I just old?

Every realtor, lawyer, financial agent, subcontractor, and photographer I meet while flipping houses has a business card. I literally see dozens of different ones every transaction. I had no idea business cards were not a thing anymore. I have them for both of my businesses.....oh well.....

A woman asked me for my business card and I asked her “in 2020 who even has business cards”. She then pressured me into giving her my number.

I usually enjoy the shampoo and steam towel...

But I'd feel like a bit of a DB if I opted for the massage as well...

Odd considering almost everyone here still uses them with gusto.

My mom had cards that said “Me thinkest thou art a *kitten*.”
