MFP Plan

Wow this is just so strange to me that so many people have never heard of the "plans" option on MFP. I am tempted to go for a trial just to be able to report back. LOL! Spark People (SP) did the same thing. The diehard SP members love it. I have an account on SP and MFP. My trainer has asked me to use MFP. I am not sure which one I like better.
People who have been around a while haven't heard of them because they are new this year. Additionally, those of us who have been around for a while don't really need plans because we've played around with our own plans and numbers. If you want to give them a go, I'd enjoy reading your thoughts about them, but I'm with @AnnPT77 I'm not good with following rules made up by others. I hope you find something that works for you.5 -
@lemurcat2 FYI the plans have just appeared in my side menu (I'm not premium).
The MyFitnessPal 101 plan is available to non-premium it still seems to be missing some useful info though like appropriate rates of loss. You can also see more info on the new premium plans.1 -

Thanks. I'll have to check to see if I can find them in my menu (I am also not premium).0
