Chicken breast measurement

Probably a silly question, but I don't know if one chicken breast is considered only the one half or both of them together.

Weigh it. That's the only real way to know for sure how many calories. Even if you know if it is half or whole, chickens vary in size so it still doesn't get you any closer to the truth.2

Person no matter what diet is 150g portion unless the recipe says different0 -
