Hello everyone,
I’m new to the community and I’m excited! I am a tactile learner so, any tips you may have, extensive advice or short and sweet, I appreciate it. I’d like to lose 25lbs in 4 months and I am a former (distance— not speed) runner, previously injured so, I’m doing primarily aerobic and CrossFit exercise along with low carb/no meat, in order to meet my goals. PS— I’m a caffeine/sugar addict 😢.
