Exercise program tracker

Hello I’m looking for an app where I can load in my exercise program and then tick it off once completed. Eg bicep curl 10 x 3 reps

    strong or jefit would be my top picks, although there's a ton of them (i use strong)

    Strong is my fav. I free version for a while but recently switched to paid. If you are unsure, just download a bunch of free versions and try the out. Search for best workout apps on the internet to get a lost.
